Percussion Therapy with TheraGun

TheraGun offers three devices that can be used to perform percussion therapy: theTheraGun G3, theTheraGun G3Pro and theTheraGun Liv. A TheraGun either comes with several attachments or they can be purchased separately. For example, the dampener can be used for tender areas and for places close to the bone. The standard ball is suitable for general use. The thumb makes it possible to treat the lower back and trigger points, and the cone is ideal for accurate muscle treatment.

The TheraGun G3 and G3Pro have two different speed settings. As well as forty revolutions per second, it’s also possible to obtain thirty revolutions per second. The lower speed of thirty revolutions per second is suitable for sensitive areas of the body.

One of the main differences between the TheraGun G3 and the TheraGun G3Pro is the maximum force that can be delivered. The G3 provides a force of 18.1 kg and the G3Pro has a maximum force of 27.2 kg. Finally, there is the TheraGun Liv: this version is portable, making it easy to take the device with you. In other words, the TheraGun Liv is the most mobile.
