The Thera-Band Soft Weights are weight balls which are often used during physiotherapy lessons for arthritis or limited hand mobility. However, the weight balls are also suitable for balance exercises and sport specific training. Moreover, the balls are applicable at upper and lower body training as well as balance and stabilization exercises.
The balls have a soft texture which is responsible for a functional grip. This comes in handy for exercises during the hand and wrist rehabilitation. The Thera-Band Soft Weights are available in six different weights. All of them have a diameter of 11,3 cm. It will be delivered with a training manual with instructions.
The Thera-Band Soft Weights are available in different colors and resistance level:
- Beige: 0,5 kg
- Yellow: 1 kg
- Red: 1,5 kg
- Green: 2 kg
- Blue: 2,5 kg
- Black: 3 kg
