Sulfur (in the form of Methyl Sulfonyl Methane) has been used therapeutically for centuries for various complaints and disorders. For example, people with allergies(hay fever) benefit from it and it is used to relieve pain in rheumatic complaints.

But not only therapists have discovered OptiMSM. Many people can use a little extra to move smoothly and to age healthily. MSM inhibits inflammation in the body, ensures supple muscles and joints and is good for skin, hair and nails. MSM is also known as a natural painkiller.

Dosage and use

For optimum results add to a bath or foot bath with Zechsal bath crystals. For a foot bath use 10 grams (for 4 liters of warm water) and in a bathtub for 50 grams of MSM crystal powder. Oral use is also possible: mix 2 to 4 grams of MSM with water.

For your attention: The package contains a small measuring scoop of 2 grams at a time (with normal shoveling with a small head on it, so not leveled).

Tip: build the use up slowly to the desired level!
